Weather appropriate clothing Nov. - Mar. - cold weather Apr. - May & Sept. - Oct. - light jacket for early morning, short sleeves for mid-day June - Aug. - Very hot weather *Year round - a rain suit* 3. Hunt appropriate boots Stand/Spot & Stalk - rubber knee boots or hip boots(best) Hound hunts – un-insulated, lace-up boots (nothing expensive - they will be very muddy) *bring more than one pair of shoes, your hunting boots will get filthy* 4. Insect repellant 5. Sun screen 6. Cooler Nothing smaller than a 48 Qt. (may be purchased locally) 7. Sleeping bag, towel & wash cloth 8.
